Initial Consultation
Our assisted living admissions process begins with a conversation to learn more about the prospective resident, their needs, preferences, daily routine, and the type of assistance they may require. This helps determine whether Guardian Angel House may be an appropriate fit.

Tour & Admission Review
Families are invited to tour Guardian Angel House, ask questions, and learn more about our residential setting. We will also discuss admission requirements, availability, and the information needed to move forward.

Welcome & Transition
Once admission requirements are completed and placement is confirmed, we work with the resident and family to help make the transition into Guardian Angel House as comfortable and welcoming as possible.
